Can I return this product if I change my mind?
Due to the nature of dietary supplements and for health, safety, and quality-control reasons, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind once an order has been delivered. However, if your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll review the issue for a replacement or refund.
How long does delivery take within the UAE?
Standard delivery to Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman takes 1–3 business days; Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, and other Emirates take 2–4 business days; and remote areas take 3–5 business days — all free of charge. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days before shipping.

How do I use the Collagen Glow Powder?
Mix 1 scoop (10g) with 200ml of water or your favorite beverage once daily, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Each container provides 28 servings (280g net weight).
What if my order arrives damaged or the wrong item was shipped?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photographs of the product and packaging, and a description of the issue. Please keep the product and its original packaging until your request has been reviewed — we'll provide a replacement or refund where eligible under UAE consumer protection laws.
